The purpose of the website is to provide information, sell and provide support related to products, equipment and professional services for dispensing beverages on tap.

The activities presented on the site may include:

• Sale and distribution of dispensers, cooling equipment, components, connectors, tubing, spare parts, consumables and accessories.
• Solutions for beer, water, wine, vermouth, cider, cocktails, nitro coffee, cold brew, kombucha, mead, slushies and other beverages.
• Gas systems, water treatment, refrigeration, safety and detection.
• Design, installation, expansion and commissioning of dispensing systems.
• Line cleaning, maintenance, repair and technical service.
• Rental of equipment for events, trade fairs, celebrations and professional uses.
• Preparation of quotations, technical projects and solutions configured or manufactured to order.
• Publication of documentation, guides, technical data sheets, resources and informational content.

The availability of each product or service may depend on the destination country, stock levels, technical compatibility, installation conditions, transport limitations or the need for a prior assessment.

3. Scope of application

This Legal Notice applies to access, browsing and use of installbeer.com, including its pages, language versions, forms, customer areas, contents, tools and functionalities.

The purchase of products and services is additionally governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, by the specific conditions of a quote, order, installation, project, maintenance, repair, or rental.

The specific conditions that have been expressly communicated and accepted will prevail with regard to the specific aspects they regulate, always within the limits established by applicable law.

4. Access to and use of the website

General access to the website is free of charge, without prejudice to any connection or communication costs that may be applied by the user’s internet access provider.

The user must use the site lawfully, diligently and with respect for the rights of Install Beer and third parties.

The following is not allowed:

• Using the site for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

Certain data are provided by manufacturers, importers or suppliers and may be modified by them. Photographs, diagrams, finishes, colors or digital representations may show slight differences from the physical product due to manufacturing updates, configuration, lighting or on‑screen display.

These differences may not affect the essential characteristics, safety, functionality or conformity agreed in the transaction.

When prices are displayed, it will be indicated whether they are shown excluding tax, including tax, or in both formats. Install Beer may simultaneously display the price without VAT and the price with VAT to make it easier for both businesses and consumers to consult.

The final amount, taxes, shipping costs and applicable additional charges will be shown before the customer confirms a purchase or will be detailed in the corresponding quotation.

Obvious typographical or technical errors will be corrected as soon as they are detected. When an error affects an order, Install Beer will inform the customer and will propose, as appropriate, its correction, confirmation, replacement, or cancellation with a full refund of the amounts paid.

This provision does not limit the rights to which the consumer is entitled due to incorrect information, binding advertising, breach of contract or lack of conformity.

6. Technical products, compatibility, and installations

The guides, tables, articles, automated responses, FAQs, diagrams and recommendations published are of a general nature and do not replace a specific assessment when the selection, installation or use of the product depends on particular technical conditions.

The correct selection may depend, among other factors, on:

• The drink or product to be dispensed.
• The type of keg, container, bag or vessel.
• The product and ambient temperatures.
• The distance, height, length and route of the installation.
• The required flow rate and service speed.
• The type, mix and pressure of the gas.
• The diameter, material and length of the tubes.
• The available electrical power, voltage and frequency.
• Ventilation and heat dissipation.
• Health, cleanliness, and maintenance conditions.
• Compatibility between the different components.
• The regulations of the country and the place of installation.

Where there are doubts about compatibility, safety or sizing, the customer must seek advice before installing, connecting or using the product.

The equipment must be used in accordance with its intended purpose, instructions, warnings, technical documentation, and applicable regulations.

Installations affecting electricity, pressure, gases, refrigeration, drinking water, sanitation, food safety or gas detection must be carried out or inspected by competent personnel where required by their nature or by applicable regulations.

These provisions do not exclude the liabilities that legally correspond to Install Beer as seller, distributor, importer, installer or service provider.

7. European and international market

The website can be accessed from different countries and may offer sales, shipping, quotations or services inside and outside Spain.

The availability of a language, currency, market or product on the site does not necessarily mean that all items can be sold, transported, installed or used in any territory.

Install Beer will inform of its adherence to an arbitration or alternative dispute resolution system only when such adherence exists or when it has expressly agreed to participate in the specific procedure.

16. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This website is managed by a company established in Spain and is generally governed by Spanish law and by any directly applicable European Union regulations.

Consumers

When the user acts as a consumer, any choice of Spanish law will be understood without prejudice to the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law applicable in their country of residence.

Disputes with consumers will be submitted to the courts that are competent under the applicable regulations. Consumers are not required to submit exclusively to the courts of Barcelona when another jurisdiction applies to them by law.

Businesses and professionals

When the customer acts as a company, professional, distributor, installer or business owner, and no different mandatory rule applies, the relationship shall be governed by Spanish law.

For disputes arising from professional use of the site or from a business-to-business relationship, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Barcelona, unless another jurisdiction has been expressly agreed or a mandatory rule determines a different jurisdiction.
