Withdrawal and Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can go to the link https://cuenta.installbeer.com to manage it yourself, or you must notify us at Install Beer S.L., Carrer Joaquim Valls, 109 Local, phone/fax +34933464656 and email info@installbeer.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding your exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period has expired.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

According to the legal basis in Art. 97.1.i LGDCU, in the event that you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, except delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will proceed to make this refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods directly to Install Beer S.L., at Carrer Joaquim Valls, 109 Local, phone/fax +34933464656 and email info@installbeer.com, or access the link https://cuenta.installbeer.com to manage it yourself, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed met if you return the goods before that period has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Pursuant to the regulatory basis Art. 97.1.i) LGDCU, information is provided on the 30-day return right additionally granted by the online store and the statutory right of withdrawal separately. Information is also provided separately on the right of withdrawal and other rights. Currently, information on the statutory warranty right and the right of withdrawal is presented jointly.

  • Signature of the consumer and user or of the consumers and users (only if this form is submitted on paper)
  • Date and place

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that relate to:

  • a) The supply of goods made to the consumer’s and user’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • c) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • d) The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

The general terms and conditions clarify whether the products offered are intended for businesses or also for consumers. For now, both types of customers can shop in the store.
