Draft kombucha from kegs makes it possible to serve kombucha “from keg to glass” quickly and consistently, preserving its flavor profile and carbonation in HORECA environments such as bars, restaurants and events. This collection brings together the equipment needed to build a reliable kombucha-on-tap system, designed for efficient, stable service with consistent quality in every glass.
A complete system includes kombucha kegs (stainless or bag-in-keg), food-grade tubing and connections for safe transfer, CO₂ pressurisation via regulator to maintain carbonation and reduce oxidation, and a tap specifically for non-alcoholic or low-alcohol drinks. In addition, chilling (keg fridge, in-line chiller or ice-bank cooler) ensures the ideal serving temperature. To preserve quality, periodic maintenance is key: cleaning and disinfecting lines and taps, and checking seals and connections to prevent leaks and issues.
