Service for exhibitors: consulting, installation, support, and dismantling

A stand with beverages on tap attracts more visitors, speeds up service, and enhances brand perception. We provide the technical “backstage” so you can focus on selling, presenting, and engaging with your audience.

  • Technical planning in advance (requirements, beverages to be served, stand layout, expected volume, temperatures, safety).
  • Supply and configuration of equipment (coolers, towers/taps, connections, gas/air, drip trays, accessories).
  • Installation and testing during the venue’s setup hours.
  • On-site support during the event (technical assistance and fine-tuning: pressure, temperature, foam, flow rate).
  • Dismantling and removal at the end of the show.

What beverages we can serve on tap at your stand

We design custom systems for:

  • Beer (steel or plastic kegs and special formats depending on the project).
  • Wine and vermouth from kegs or Bag-in-Box on tap.
  • Cocktails, kombucha, cider, and mead on tap or from Bag-in-Box.
  • Treated water: chilled or sparkling.
  • Nitro / Cold Brew coffee and nitrogen-infused drinks (such as cocktails).

We work with configurations from single to multiple taps, with short-draw or longer lines depending on the stand’s logistics.

  • Built-in system: cooler + 1/2 taps + gas/air cylinder + secure connections.
  • Continuous service for high footfall: ice bank or higher-performance solutions for peak service times.
  • Dispensing from a technical area: when the keg needs to be hidden (stand storage / back office).
  • Multi-beverage: beer + wine/vermouth + water at a single service point.

  • Setup: installation during the venue’s official access hours (official setup period).
  • Event: support to ensure a stable, professional service.
  • Dismantling: removal and shutdown of the service on the agreed dismantling day.

1) Is this service for trade shows and congresses or for private events?

It is designed for exhibitors’ stands at trade shows and congresses (fair venues). For private parties or events in offices/homes, we offer a separate rental service.

2) In which venues and areas do you provide coverage?

Mainly in Barcelona and Catalonia: Fira de Barcelona (Gran Via/Montjuïc), La Farga de L’Hospitalet, Fòrum de Barcelona, and other venues. For other areas, contact us.

3) Can you work during the venue’s official setup hours?

Yes. We coordinate with the organizer’s official access times and the event’s setup/dismantling operations. Sometimes you will need to arrange our accreditation so we can access the venue.

4) What does technical coverage include?

Depending on the project: planning, equipment supply/configuration, installation and testing, support during the event, and dismantling/removal.

5) Does it include on-site assistance during the trade show?

We can include technical coverage as needed: from commissioning and periodic checks to presence during specific time slots or full support throughout the event. Issues are rare, and if they do arise they are usually resolved with a phone call.

6) Is it only for beer or also for other drinks?

We also design dispensing systems for wine, vermouth, kombucha, cider, mead, cocktails, filtered water, and Nitro coffee, depending on the exhibitor’s goals.

7) How many taps can be installed on a stand?

From a single tap to multi-tap setups with different drinks. We size the system according to footfall, type of beverage, and service speed.

8) Where are the kegs and equipment located within the stand?

We can place them in a technical/back office area (out of sight) or integrate them into the bar. We define distances and line routing to ensure stability (pressure, flow, and temperature).

9) What information do you need to provide a quote?

Event/venue and dates (setup–event–dismantling), layout or dimensions, number of taps and drinks, keg/connector format, estimated consumption, and details about power supply and access.

10) Do you work with international exhibitors?

Yes. We can coordinate the local technical side in Barcelona/Catalonia and work with your stand production and build team.
