Many people think that getting and installing a beer tap is complicated, but I can tell you it’s quite the opposite: it’s much more convenient than playing Tetris with cans to fit as many as possible in the fridge, or worrying about running out of ice in that huge bucket some friend “borrowed” from their parents to chill all the cans. If you’re thinking of renting taps and beer dispensers for a big party or large-scale event, at Install Beer we’ll send our technicians to take care of the installation of a beer dispensing system just like in a bar, complete with tower and drip tray.

This type of beer tap rental is perfect for fairs and festivals (as long as you’re not the only one serving beer at the entire event) or for parties of between 20 and 100 people.

Our tap rental service is available for both private individuals and businesses from any sector (openings, events, celebrations). The service is provided and tailored to each customer’s needs.

How do I know when I need to rent a portable machine or a full installation?

Basically, it will depend on how much beer per hour you’re going to dispense/serve. Direct-draw coolers are very convenient and practical; as we mentioned earlier, you can install them yourself and turn them on 10 minutes before the event. However, you must keep in mind that the amount of cold beer available will not be the same as with a bar cooler. You can’t keep the tap open and pour 8 or 10 beers in a row, because the first 3 will be perfectly cold, but then the beer temperature will gradually rise. You need to leave some time for the machine to chill the new beer coming from the keg (2–3 minutes).

On the other hand, if you think that a simple tap rental service won’t be enough because it’s for a wedding or a very large event, we offer you the option of renting an ice-bank machine with column and tap, just like in a bar, so you can be sure you won’t have any issues. However, this installation must be carried out by our technicians on-site at the event. Obviously, this type of setup involves, among other things, having the cooler switched on the night before to ensure it has the necessary chilling and ice capacity.

As for the beer you can serve, that’s entirely up to you. If it’s a local beer from a distributor, the only thing we need to know is which type of keg coupler it uses. Here is a summary of the main beers and the different types of couplers they correspond to.

Beer tap and draft system rental prices

Once we receive the email or form, we will contact you to finalize the details, find the equipment that best suits your needs and reserve the date. Our base price is €60 + VAT. The price varies depending on the number of days rented, the equipment required and whether our technicians need to perform the service.

It is important to let you know that at Install Beer we do not work on weekends, so both collection and delivery of equipment at our facilities, as well as installation/removal of the setup, must take place on working days from Monday to Friday.
