Domestic mainland parcel service contracted: GLS and Correos Express
Parcel service for the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands contracted: Correos Express
Pallet shipping service contracted: NTL
International (EU) parcel service contracted: UPS
Packaging ranges from small paper envelopes to cardboard boxes measuring 50 x 50 x 50 cm.
Pallet sizes range from the small 60 x 40 cm, the medium 80 x 60 cm, to the large 120 x 80 cm.
Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday) except public holidays; no deliveries are made at weekends.

With the aim of improving our shipping services, especially for our customers in the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, we have established a new partnership with Correos, Spain’s postal service provider.
We are pleased to announce that all shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands will now be handled by Correos. This partnership allows us to offer a more efficient and reliable service, ensuring that your orders arrive safely and within the agreed timeframe.

Parcels can be tracked using the reference number on the GLS platform and/or the Correos platform.
IMPORTANT: Shipping service from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Orders placed from 1:00 p.m.. onwards will be shipped the next day (orders are collected by the carrier at 1:00 p.m.).
The agreed delivery times are met except in cases of issues caused by the courier service or the customer (absence or incorrect address).
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may incur customs handling fees, which must be paid to the carrier when the order is delivered to the customer.
Our delivery coverage area within the European Union includes Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Poland and Ireland. We also ship internationally to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
IMPORTANT: High-risk areas where no deliveries are made: Due to the high number of thefts and incidents, the carrier does not deliver to the following postcodes: 02008; 03006; 03014; 03015; 04002; 04715; 08019; 08228; 08820; 08918; 08930; 11300; 18001; 18010; 18011; 18240; 18550; 19004; 19193; 27003; 28019; 28021; 28032; 28047; 28051; 28052; 28350; 28806; 28935; 37008; 40200; 41006; 41009; 41013; 41020; 41710; 46011; 46980; 41920. You will need to collect your order from the nearest agency (you will be notified in advance).
