At Install Beer we ship technical materials for beverage dispensing, spare parts, accessories, cooling equipment, gas systems, cleaning products, and complete solutions for beer, wine, water, cocktails, kombucha, cider, and other beverages on tap. Here you can check how shipping costs are calculated, which carriers we use, the usual lead times, and what you should check when you receive your order.

Orders dispatched before 1:00 p.m. Order preparation and dispatch on the same day, depending on availability and type of transport.
Spain, Portugal, France and European Union Domestic shipments, nearby countries such as Portugal and France, and the rest of the European Union countries.
European Economic Area and International International shipments, non-EU countries such as Andorra, Norway, Iceland, etc., and other international destinations such as India and almost all of the Americas.

Quick shipping overview

The final shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on weight, volume, destination, and the service available for each order. Some dispensing products may have a special rate due to their size, fragility, weight, or need for palletized shipping.

Shipping to Spain

The first three rate tables correspond to shipments within Spain: Economy, Express 24 h, and Urgent 12 h upon prior request. The available service depends on destination, weight, volume, and preparation time.

Portugal, France, Europe, the Americas and India

When we talk about international shipments, we are mainly referring to deliveries to Portugal, France, Europe, EU countries, most countries in the Americas and India; other international destinations are available on request.

Canary Islands and customs

For the Canary Islands, America, India, and other international shipments, we may need the recipient’s DNI, NIF, VAT, EORI, or another tax ID to issue the invoice correctly and facilitate customs clearance at the destination.

Important: Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday, except holidays. Standard deliveries are not made on weekends.

We work with different carriers to adapt the shipment to the type of material. A fitting, a gasket, a tube, a keg coupler, a tap, a cleaning pump, or a cooler do not require the same packaging or transport service.

Preparation and delivery times

Cut-off time

Daily carrier pickup takes place at approximately 1:00 p.m.. Orders placed or confirmed after that time may be prepared for the next business day.

The delivery time starts from the actual dispatch of the order, not from when the order is placed if stock, payment confirmation, tax documentation, or logistics validation are still pending.

Delivery days

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on national, regional, or local holidays, or in case of carrier-related incidents. Standard deliveries are not guaranteed on weekends.

During high-demand campaigns, holiday periods, island destinations, shipments to Europe/EU, or situations beyond the carrier’s control, delivery times may be affected.

Recommendation for professionals: If you need the material for an opening, event, trade show, scheduled installation, or urgent technical service, place the order with enough lead time or contact us before buying to confirm availability, lead time, and the best shipping option.

How shipping cost is calculated

The transport cost is calculated by combining several logistical factors. For technical dispensing equipment, volume can be as important as actual weight, especially for refrigerators, towers, trays, keg coolers, large boxes or pre-assembled equipment.

Actual weight

This is the physical weight of the product and its packaging. It particularly affects metal equipment, refrigerators, bottles, pumps and orders with multiple components.

Volumetric weight

Some carriers calculate the cost based on the volume occupied by the package, even if the product is not especially heavy.

Destination and service

Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Portugal, Europe/EU and other international destinations have different costs, lead times, documentation and conditions.

Spain Mainland

Standard service for parcel orders and standard technical material. Usual lead times depend on the service selected, the province and product availability.

Portugal

We have specific rates for Portugal based on weight, with an estimated lead time of 3 to 7 working days. The final cost is shown at checkout before confirming the order.

Europe / European Union

Shipments to Europe and European Union countries have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 working days. Depending on destination, product and tax details, additional information may be required for the invoice.

Canary Islands

Shipments to the Canary Islands may require document processing, personal or tax identification and possible clearance fees, taxes or procedures that do not depend on Install Beer.

International coverage

On this page, when we talk about international shipping we mainly refer to shipments to Europe, EU countries and other international destinations upon request. Costs, lead times, taxes, duties or import charges depend on the destination country, product type and available service.

Tax ID and customs: For the Canary Islands, Europe/EU when necessary, and other international shipments, we will need the customer to provide their corresponding ID —DNI, NIF, NIE, VAT, EORI or another valid identifier— to correctly issue the invoice and help the order clear customs or tax controls in the destination country.
Charges at destination: For shipments outside the European Union, the Canary Islands or territories with special tax regimes, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance or handling charges at destination may apply. These amounts, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Special products, pallets and bulky material

Some Install Beer products require special logistical preparation. This is common for cooling equipment, ice-bank chillers, high-capacity dispensers, keg coolers, towers, orders with many components or pre-assembled workshop installations.

Refrigerators and cooling equipment

They may require reinforced packaging, careful handling and pallet transport to reduce the risk of bumps or damage during transit.

Pre-assembled material

If the order includes items assembled or prepared in the workshop, a safer shipping method may be prioritized even if the cost is higher than standard parcel services.

Professional delivery

For hospitality, event or installation projects, we recommend coordinating the shipment with the actual installation date to avoid delays or incorrect receipt of the material.

Order tracking and incidents

When the order leaves our facilities, you will receive the available tracking information to check the shipment status. The carrier may update the tracking with a delay during the first few hours after collection.

Order confirmed We check availability, preparation, packaging and necessary documentation. For the Canary Islands, Europe/EU or international shipments, we may request a tax ID before issuing the invoice and processing the shipment.
Order prepared The material is packaged according to the product’s weight, volume and sensitivity.
Handed over to carrier The order is handed over to the logistics operator and tracking is provided if available.
Delivery or incident The carrier will deliver the order, make a new attempt, issue a notice or redirect it to a pickup point/agency as appropriate.
Before signing for delivery: Check the external condition of the package. If you notice bumps, breakages, moisture, improper handling or visible damage, inform the carrier and take photos of the packaging before opening it.

Damaged order

Contact us as soon as possible and include the order number plus photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, internal protection and affected product.

Incomplete order

Keep the packaging and let us know which items are missing. We will check preparation, shipped parcels and the order’s internal documentation.

Collection from the Barcelona shop or workshop

For certain orders, we offer the option to collect from our facilities in Barcelona, provided the product is available and the order has been prepared. This option can be useful for professionals, technicians, local customers or urgent orders.

In some postal codes on the Spanish mainland, the carrier may limit home delivery due to recurring incidents, operational restrictions or safety. In these cases, the order may be redirected for collection at the carrier’s depot or a point they specify.

Is the 12-hour urgent service always available?

No. The 12-hour urgent service must be requested in advance so we can confirm coverage, schedule, carrier availability, and the actual feasibility of delivery. We do not recommend using it without prior validation.

Shipments to Portugal have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days, depending on weight, volume, destination, and available service.
