Summary and information about our subscription policy
This Subscription Policy governs the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of products by subscription in Install Beer’s online store (hereinafter, “Install Beer”, “we” or “the Store”). Effective date: 01/01/2026

2. What is a subscription?
A subscription is a purchasing method through which you receive certain products on a recurring basis (for example, every 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, etc.) using the payment method you choose, until you cancel it or the termination conditions described in this policy are met.
3. Products available for subscription
Not all products in the store are available for subscription. Subscriptions are only offered for those products where the “Subscribe and save” (or equivalent) option appears on the product page. Important: Availability may vary depending on stock, shipping area, or catalog changes.
4. Frequency, renewal and order confirmation
When you subscribe, you choose a delivery frequency (for example: monthly). In each cycle, a renewal order will automatically be generated with the subscribed products.
If the platform allows it, you may receive an email notification before each renewal. If you do not receive such notification, the renewal will still take effect in accordance with what you accepted at the time of subscribing.
5. Price, taxes and shipping costs
The price applicable to each renewal will be the one shown for the subscription at the time the order is generated, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
Prices may include or exclude taxes as indicated in the store and at checkout, in accordance with applicable regulations. Shipping costs (if any) will be indicated during the purchase process and may depend on the area, weight/volume, and/or order amount.
Subscription discounts
If a subscription discount is offered, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. The discount:
May be permanent or promotional (for a limited number of cycles), and may be modified or withdrawn in accordance with section 7 (price/terms changes), in compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Recurring payment and billing authorization
By taking out a subscription, you authorize Install Beer (or our payment provider) to automatically charge the corresponding amount to the stored payment method on each renewal date.
If the charge fails: We may automatically retry the charge; the subscription may be paused or canceled if payment is not completed; the order will not be processed until payment is successful.
7. Changes to prices, terms or products
We may update the price, product availability, pack contents, or subscription terms for reasons such as changes in suppliers, logistics costs, or service improvements.
If the change has a significant impact (for example, a price increase or change in frequency), we will inform you through a reasonable channel (email or notice in your account) where possible.
If you do not accept the change, you may cancel the subscription before the next renewal.
8. Managing your subscription: cancel, pause, skip or modify
You can manage your subscription from your customer account (if the store allows it) or by requesting it from our support team.
Access to subscription management in the customer account
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. The cancellation will take effect for future renewals. If a renewal order has already been generated and has entered processing (preparation/shipping), it will be treated as a regular order and the conditions set out in section 10 will apply.
Pause or skip a shipment (if available): If this option is available in your customer area, you can pause your subscription for a period of time or skip a one-off shipment while keeping the subscription active.
You can change the delivery address, frequency, or associated products before the next renewal, always within the timeframe indicated in your account or by notifying support sufficiently in advance.
9. Cut‑off times for changes
To ensure preparation and shipping, changes (cancellation, address modification, etc.) must be made before the renewal date and preferably at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not specify a particular timeframe, it is recommended to make changes at least 48 hours before renewal.
10. Returns, withdrawal and refunds on subscriptions
Orders generated through subscriptions are subject to the same returns policy and right of withdrawal as the store, except for legal exceptions (for example, unsealed products that cannot be returned, used consumables, etc.).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for an order that has already been delivered, the refund will be processed in accordance with the general returns policy.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically imply a refund for orders already generated or shipped. See the page: Returns Policy
11. Deliveries, issues and damaged products
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistical reasons. If a product arrives damaged or any item is missing, contact support—on the same day if possible—from the time of receipt and include photos of the packaging and the product.
12. Stock and substitutions
If a subscribed product is not available: we may delay shipment until it is back in stock, offer an equivalent alternative (only if the customer accepts it), or cancel that cycle and refund the corresponding amount (if it has already been charged and cannot be supplied).
13. Promotions, coupons and compatibilities
Subscriptions may not be compatible with certain coupons/one-off promotions. If there is any limitation, it will be shown at checkout or on the product page.
14. Personal data and communications
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by the relevant regulations (GDPR).

16. Applicable law
This policy is interpreted in accordance with the applicable legislation in Spain and, where appropriate, consumer and user protection regulations. In the event of a dispute, the applicable legal criteria on jurisdiction and venue will apply.
