Terms and conditions of contracting and service
These terms govern the purchase of products and the contracting of services offered by Install Beer S.L. through installbeer.com, by quote, by email, by phone or through other authorised commercial channels.
Before confirming a purchase, please read these terms together with the information on the product page, the order summary, the shipping conditions and, where applicable, the quotation or technical proposal.
Certain provisions apply differently depending on whether the customer acts as a consumer or as a business or professional. In no case do these terms reduce the mandatory rights granted to consumers and users.

These conditions apply to:
- Purchases made directly in the online store.
- Orders placed by email, telephone, form, WhatsApp or other authorized channels.
- Quotations and commercial proposals accepted by the customer.
- Products in stock, temporarily out of stock or on backorder.
- Equipment configured, adapted or manufactured for a project.
- Installation, repair, cleaning, maintenance, commissioning or technical support services.
- Rentals for events, trade fairs or temporary installations.
- Sales within Spain, the European Union, and other countries.
Simple access to or browsing of the website is mainly governed by the Legal Notice. These terms apply when a purchase or service relationship is initiated or formalized.
3. Consumers, businesses and professionals
Consumer
A consumer is understood to be a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession, as well as any other person who is legally granted that status.
Business or professional
A professional or B2B customer is understood to be any natural or legal person who purchases or contracts the product or service mainly to incorporate it into their business, commercial, industrial, professional, hospitality or technical activity.
Professional customers may include bars, restaurants, hotels, distributors, installers, factories, laboratories, event organizers, public administrations, associations and other organizations.
Mixed use
When the transaction has a mixed purpose, its main purpose and the specific circumstances of the contract will be taken into account.
The issuance of an invoice in the name of a company, the use of an intra-Community VAT number or the indication of a professional purpose may be relevant elements, but will not automatically be used to deprive someone who is in fact a consumer of their legal protection.
4. Documents forming the contract
The contractual relationship may consist of:
- The product or service sheet or description.
- The selection of variant, quantity, and configuration.
- The summary shown before payment.
- Order confirmation.
- These general conditions.
- The other linked and applicable policies.
- The quotation, technical proposal, drawing, specification, offer or accepted order, where applicable.
- The specific conditions communicated and expressly accepted.
The specific conditions will prevail over the general ones only with respect to the specific points that they regulate differently.
No specific condition may reduce consumers’ mandatory rights.
The professional customer’s general purchasing conditions will only apply when Install Beer has expressly accepted them in writing. The mere inclusion of such conditions in an order, portal or email does not imply automatic acceptance.
5. Capacity to contract and customer accounts
To make a purchase, the person must have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Anyone purchasing on behalf of a company or organisation declares that they have sufficient authority to bind it.
The customer must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including, where applicable:
- Name or company name.
- Tax ID (NIF), Corporate Tax ID (CIF) or VAT number.
- Billing and delivery address.
- Contact email and telephone number.
- Customs or EORI data.
- Technical information needed to prepare the order.
The customer is responsible for safeguarding their access credentials and for reporting any unauthorised use of their account.
Install Beer may request reasonable documentation to verify identity, representation, address, tax information or the legitimacy of a transaction.
6. Product and service information
Install Beer strives to clearly describe the essential characteristics of the products and services.
Product pages may include:
- Description and purpose.
- Brand, model, and reference.
- SKU or product code.
- Dimensions, materials and connections.
- Power, voltage, pressure or capacity.
- Compatibilities and limitations.
- Variants, accessories and included items.
- Availability and indicative lead time.
- Documents and technical data sheets.
Images are for information purposes. There may be minor differences in color, finish, labeling, packaging or presentation due to screen settings, manufacturer updates or model evolution.
These differences may not alter the essential characteristics, functionality, safety, or agreed conformity.
When a manufacturer replaces a reference with an equivalent one, Install Beer will inform the customer before shipping if the change significantly affects the selection made.
Accessories, connectors, regulators, tubes, kegs, bottles, gases, consumables or items shown in photographs are not considered included unless the product sheet, variant or quote expressly states otherwise.
7. Technical advice and compatibility
Dispensing systems may require an appropriate technical selection. Compatibility may depend, among other factors, on:
- The drink or product to be dispensed.
- The type of keg, bag, packaging or container.
- The coupler or connection system.
- The type of gas and working pressure.
- The ambient and inlet temperature of the product.
- The flow rate and service speed.
- The length, diameter, and route of the lines.
- The available electrical power.
- Ventilation and heat dissipation.
- Applicable health and safety regulations.
Before purchasing, the customer must check that the product is suitable for their application or request advice where there are reasonable doubts.
When Install Beer makes a recommendation based on data provided by the customer, the customer must provide complete and accurate information about the application, conditions of use, and existing elements.
Install Beer will not be liable for an incompatibility caused exclusively by incorrect, incomplete, or omitted data provided by the customer.
This provision does not limit Install Beer’s liability where the client has followed an express technical recommendation based on sufficient information, or where the incompatibility is due to an incorrect description, instruction, or piece of advice.
8. Purchase process
To make an online purchase, the customer must follow the steps indicated in the store:
- Select the product or service.
- Choose the available variant, quantity, or configuration.
- Add it to the cart.
- Review the contents of the cart.
- Provide contact, delivery and billing details.
- Select the available shipping method.
- Select the payment method.
- Review the summary and the total amount.
- Accept the applicable terms.
- Confirm the order using the payment or order button.
Before confirming, the customer may review and modify the data entered, remove products, change quantities or go back to previous steps.
The final button in the process will clearly indicate that confirming the order entails an obligation to pay where applicable.
For products identified as “Request”, “Enquire”, “On request”, “Request a quote” or similar, submitting the form does not in itself constitute a purchase or a supply obligation.
9. Correction of errors
The customer must carefully review the data, products, variants, quantities, addresses and tax information before confirming the order.
If you detect an error after confirming it, you must report it as soon as possible to info@installbeer.com.
Install Beer will attempt to correct it provided that the order has not yet been prepared, shipped, customised or specifically ordered.
A change of address, variant, product or configuration may affect the price, taxes, delivery time or shipping costs.
It will not be possible to guarantee modification of an order that has already entered the preparation phase or has been handed over to the carrier.
10. Formation and confirmation of the contract
Standard online store orders
Once payment or the order has been confirmed, the customer will receive an electronic communication acknowledging receipt of the request.
The contract will be deemed concluded when Install Beer expressly confirms the order or begins preparing it, unless the communication received clearly indicates that the transaction requires additional validation.
Products on request or by quote
For products requiring a quotation, technical validation, stock check, special transport or configuration, the contract will be formalized when:
- Install Beer issues a final offer or confirmation.
- The customer accepts it within its validity period.
- The payment, deposit or formal acceptance required in the offer is received.
Obvious errors
If, before dispatch, an obvious and recognizable error is detected in the price, description, quantity or configuration, Install Beer will inform the customer without delay.
The customer may confirm the transaction with the corrected information or cancel it and receive a full refund of any amount paid.
This clause does not allow validly concluded orders to be arbitrarily modified, nor does it limit the customer’s rights arising from a binding offer, advertising or contract.
11. Languages, storage and access to the contract
The contract may be concluded in the languages available during the purchase process or used in the quotation and commercial communications.
Install Beer may retain essential order data and the accepted terms electronically for the periods necessary to fulfill contractual, tax, accounting and legal obligations.
The customer will receive confirmation on a durable medium and will be able to consult their orders through their account when this feature is available.
You may also request a copy of the contractual documentation by writing to info@installbeer.com.
In the event of any discrepancy between translations, interpretation will be carried out in a manner consistent with the pre‑contractual information, good faith and the rights legally recognized to the customer.
12. Prices, taxes and currency
Prices are expressed in the currency indicated in the store or in the quote.
Install Beer may simultaneously display:
- The price excluding VAT, especially useful for businesses.
- The price including VAT applicable in Spain.
Before confirming a purchase, the customer may review the total amount, applicable taxes, shipping costs and other known charges.
The final contractual rate will be the one shown at checkout or in the accepted quote, except in the case of an obvious error communicated in accordance with these terms.
Prices may change in the future due to changes in rates, costs, taxes, suppliers or promotions. Changes will not affect orders already placed, unless the customer expressly agrees to a modification.
Intra‑Community transactions
Applying an exemption or intra-Community tax treatment will require compliance with all legal requirements, not just the entry of a VAT number.
Install Beer may validate the VAT number, request documentation, and verify the actual destination of the goods before issuing an invoice without Spanish VAT.
Additional information can be found at Intra-Community purchases and VIES validation .
Exports and special tax territories
Orders destined outside the territory where Spanish VAT applies may be subject to export procedures, import VAT, customs duties, fees or clearance charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these amounts are not included in the price and may be charged to the recipient by the authorities or intermediaries in the destination country.
13. Payment methods and conditions
The available payment methods will be shown during checkout or indicated in the quotation.
Availability may depend on the country, currency, amount, type of product, sales channel or the outcome of security checks.
The customer must:
- Use a valid and authorized means of payment.
- Have sufficient funds or credit available.
- Provide accurate information.
- Do not use third‑party payment instruments without authorization.
The charge may be processed by Shopify, a financial institution, a payment gateway or another authorised provider.
Install Beer does not necessarily receive the full details of the card or payment instrument.
Bank transfer
When payment by bank transfer is allowed, the order may remain pending until the amount has been received and correctly identified.
The customer must use the indicated reference and bear any fees charged by their bank.
Down payments and partial payments
Projects, installations, special orders or products manufactured on request may require an advance payment.
The quotation will indicate the amount, payment schedule, and the point from which procurement, manufacturing, or date reservation will begin.
Non-payment
Install Beer may suspend preparation, delivery or performance where there is an overdue and payable amount related to the transaction, after informing the customer and granting, where appropriate, a reasonable opportunity to remedy it.
In transactions between businesses, the interest and collection costs provided for by late payment legislation or by the specific agreed terms may apply.
14. Security checks and fraud prevention
Install Beer and the payment providers may carry out reasonable checks to prevent fraud, identity theft, money laundering, misuse of payment instruments or breaches of trade restrictions.
These checks may include:
- Identity and address verification.
- Strong customer authentication for payment.
- Verification of ownership of the means of payment.
- Manual review of unusual orders.
- Request for tax or business documentation.
- Verification of destination and end use in exports.
Where necessary, the order may be temporarily put on hold until the check is completed.
Data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
15. Availability, stock and products on order
The indication of availability may refer to own warehouse, supplier’s warehouse, manufacturing lead time or logistics forecast.
Products may appear as:
- Available: scheduled for standard preparation.
- Available on request: requires procurement after confirmation.
- Request or inquire: requires a quote, validation or configuration.
- Out of stock: temporarily unavailable for purchase.
- Not available: cannot be purchased at that time or in that market.
Inventory updates may not be instantaneous. If an out-of-stock situation occurs after the order is placed, Install Beer will inform the customer as soon as possible.
The customer may choose, where possible, between:
- Wait for restocking.
- Accept an appropriate alternative product.
- Modify the order.
- Cancel the affected product.
- Cancel the entire order if the product was essential.
Amounts paid for products that ultimately cannot be supplied will be refunded without undue delay.
Install Beer will not replace one product with another of different characteristics without informing the customer and obtaining their acceptance.
16. Customized products and special orders
The following, among others, are considered special orders:
- Products manufactured according to the customer’s instructions.
- Equipment configured for a specific application.
- Columns, furniture or parts with special dimensions.
- Customized products with logos, colours or finishes.
- Assemblies put together or prepared specifically.
- Material ordered specifically from a supplier.
- Products modified at the customer’s request.
Before starting manufacture or procurement, Install Beer may request approval of drawings, measurements, finishes, references, specifications or samples.
The customer will be responsible for reviewing and approving this information. Install Beer will, however, be liable for its own design, manufacturing, preparation or interpretation errors that are attributable to it.
Delivery dates may start to be counted from receipt of:
- Final acceptance.
- The agreed advance payment.
- The necessary measures and information.
- Approval of plans or samples.
Consumers will not have the statutory right of withdrawal where a legal exception applies for goods made to their specifications or clearly personalized.
This exception does not affect the right to claim for defects, errors, failure to meet specifications, or lack of conformity.
17. Delivery, time frames and transfer of risk
The shipping methods, zones, costs and logistical conditions are set out in the Shipping terms and rates.
The indicated date may be:
- A preparation time.
- An estimated dispatch date.
- A transit estimate.
- A specifically committed delivery date.
Unless expressly indicated as a guaranteed date, the time frames communicated are reasonable estimates based on availability, preparation and transport.
Install Beer will report significant delays as soon as it becomes aware of them.
Consumers
In contracts with consumers, delivery will be made within the agreed period or, if no different period has been agreed, within the applicable statutory period.
If delivery is not made within the agreed period, the consumer may grant an additional reasonable period, unless the date was essential or there are other circumstances that allow direct termination.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, acquire material possession of the goods.
If the consumer independently hires a carrier that has not been proposed by Install Beer, the risk may pass upon delivery of the goods to that carrier, without prejudice to the consumer’s rights against it.
Businesses and professionals
In B2B transactions, the place of delivery, allocation of costs, transfer of risk and logistics conditions will be those set out in the order, quotation or expressly agreed Incoterm.
If no Incoterm or special regime has been agreed, the shipping conditions communicated for the transaction will apply.
Receipt
The recipient must check the number of parcels and the external condition of the packaging upon receipt.
When there are impacts, openings, moisture, shortages or visible damage, it is recommended to note them on the carrier’s receipt, keep the packaging and report the incident as soon as possible.
The absence of an immediate note may make it more difficult to claim against the carrier, but does not automatically remove the consumer’s legal rights against Install Beer.
18. European and international sales
The availability of products, shipments and services depends on the destination country or territory.
Install Beer may refuse or adapt a transaction when the product:
- It cannot be legally transported.
- Requires permits or certifications that are not available.
- Is incompatible with the regulations or electrical system at the destination.
- Is subject to commercial or manufacturer restrictions.
- Is considered dangerous goods by the carrier.
- They cannot receive reasonable technical support in that territory.
European Union
Sales to consumers in other Member States will be subject to the tax treatment and consumer protection that may apply.
Intra-Community B2B transactions may be invoiced under the corresponding scheme when all tax, documentary and transport requirements are met.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
These destinations have specific tax and customs rules. Local procedures, taxes, clearances and additional charges may apply.
United Kingdom, Switzerland and other countries
Shipments to countries or territories outside the customs and tax territory of the European Union may constitute exports.
Unless the offer specifies delivery with duties and taxes included, the recipient will bear the import taxes, duties, clearances and brokerage fees required at destination.
Ex Works delivery
When an Ex Works delivery or collection by a carrier contracted by the customer is expressly agreed, the customer shall assume the main organisation of transport, export, import and insurance in accordance with the agreed conditions.
Install Beer will provide the commercial documentation corresponding to it, but will not act as the importer in the destination country unless expressly agreed in writing.
International installations
The supply of equipment does not include installation, commissioning, local approval or certification of the installation unless expressly stated in the quotation.
19. Installations, projects, and technical services
Purchasing a product does not automatically include installation, travel, assembly, commissioning, configuration or training.
When a service is contracted, the quotation may indicate:
- Scope of the work.
- Materials included and excluded.
- Estimated hours or working days.
- Travel and per diem expenses.
- Third-party work.
- Premises prerequisites.
- Estimated date or period.
- Method of payment.
- Specific work guarantees.
Site conditions
The customer must provide, where applicable:
- Safe access to the premises and work area.
- Adequate electricity, water, drainage, and ventilation.
- Permits, authorisations and licences of the establishment.
- Clear space and prepared furniture.
- Information on hidden installations or existing risks.
- Coordination with other trades.
- The presence of an authorised person to validate the work.
Masonry, electrical, plumbing, extraction, carpentry, civil works, drilling, structural reinforcement or adaptation of the premises are not considered included unless the quote expressly identifies them.
Changes and additional work
If, during execution, hidden conditions, incorrect information, defective installations or additional needs arise, Install Beer will inform the customer before carrying out work that significantly increases the price.
Additional work will require authorization, except for urgent and proportionate actions necessary to avoid an immediate risk to people, property or installations.
Diagnosis and repair
Receipt of equipment for diagnosis does not imply that the repair is covered by warranty or that it can be repaired.
Install Beer may charge a diagnostic, call-out or handling fee when this has been previously communicated.
If the repair requires an additional quotation, it will not be carried out without the customer’s acceptance, unless prior authorisation has been given to work up to a maximum amount.
Urgent services requested by consumers
When a consumer expressly requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period, Install Beer may ask for their explicit consent.
If you subsequently withdraw before the service has been completed, you may have to pay the proportional part actually provided when the legal requirements are met.
20. Rentals and events
Equipment rentals will also be governed by the quotation, contract or specific rental terms and conditions.
These conditions may define:
- Materials and accessories delivered.
- Duration and schedule.
- Delivery, collection, assembly, and disassembly.
- Security or deposit.
- Cleaning and consumables.
- Liability for loss or damage.
- Permitted use of the equipment.
- Event cancellation conditions.
- Technical support and staff included.
The customer must safeguard the equipment and use it in accordance with the instructions provided.
Any deposit, where applicable, will be refunded after checking the condition and full return of the materials, deducting only amounts justified under the contract.
21. Customer obligations
The customer undertakes to:
- Provide correct and up-to-date information.
- Pay the agreed amounts.
- Check compatibility or request advice.
- Follow safety, installation, and maintenance instructions.
- Do not tamper improperly with electrical, pressurized, refrigeration, or gas equipment.
- Use suitable products and compatible consumables.
- Carry out the cleaning and maintenance necessary for hygienic and safe use.
- Report breakdowns, leaks, damage or risks and stop using the equipment when there may be danger.
- Allow the agreed access for installations or repairs.
- Comply with the regulations applicable to their activity and premises.
The professional client will be responsible for ensuring that its workers, collaborators, or users receive the necessary instructions.
22. Cancellation requested by the customer
The customer may request the cancellation of an order by writing to info@installbeer.com.
Before preparation or dispatch
If the regular order has not yet been prepared, shipped or specifically ordered, Install Beer will attempt to cancel it and refund the amounts paid.
After dispatch
If the order has already been dispatched, the request will be handled in accordance with the applicable withdrawal or return conditions.
Special orders and projects
Cancelling a special or custom order, an order placed with the manufacturer, or one for which work has already started may give rise to actual costs.
In B2B transactions, Install Beer may deduct design, procurement, manufacturing, transport, management or work costs already incurred, provided they are reasonable, provable and compatible with the accepted conditions.
Consumers’ statutory rights of withdrawal will prevail where applicable.
23. Refusal or cancellation by Install Beer
Install Beer may reject a request or cancel a transaction before it is carried out when there is an objective and justified reason, such as:
- Actual impossibility of supply.
- Obvious error in price or configuration.
- Payment rejected or not received.
- Reasonable indications of fraud or identity theft.
- Essential data that is false or incomplete.
- Destination or use contrary to the law.
- Commercial, customs or transport restrictions.
- Technical impossibility of executing the requested project.
- Irremediable safety risk.
Install Beer will inform the customer of the cancellation and will refund any amounts received for services not performed.
Validly concluded contracts will not be arbitrarily cancelled, nor will consumers’ legal rights be limited.
24. Consumers’ right of withdrawal
Consumers who conclude a distance contract generally have a statutory period of 14 calendar days in which to withdraw without having to justify their decision.
The period, procedure, form, effects, costs and conditions are detailed in the Withdrawal, returns and refunds policy .
The right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases legally exempted, including but not limited to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly customised.
- Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed.
- Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
- Services fully performed when they have begun with express consent and the legal requirements are met.
- Urgent repair work specifically requested, in respect of the urgent intervention and necessary parts, under the terms provided by law.
An exception to the right of withdrawal does not remove rights relating to lack of conformity, defects, preparation errors or breach of contract.
Businesses and professionals do not have the statutory right of withdrawal granted to consumers, unless Install Beer expressly grants it as a commercial condition.
25. Returns, errors and transport damage
Returns will be handled differently depending on their cause:
- Statutory withdrawal by a consumer.
- Voluntary commercial return.
- Preparation or shipping error.
- Damage during transport.
- Defective or non-conforming product.
- Commercially accepted B2B return.
Before sending a product, the customer must contact Install Beer to correctly identify the order, the cause and the logistical instructions.
The return authorization or reference facilitates processing, but will not be used to prevent the valid exercise of legal rights.
When the error, damage or lack of conformity is attributable to Install Beer, the legally applicable costs will be borne by Install Beer.
Products must not be sent cash on delivery or freight collect without prior authorization, unless Install Beer has expressly indicated that procedure.
26. Conformity, warranties and after-sales service
Consumers
Install Beer is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity within the time limits and remedies established by the applicable regulations.
For new goods sold to consumers in Spain, the general statutory liability period is three years from delivery.
Where applicable, the consumer may request that the goods be brought into conformity by repair or replacement and, in the cases provided for by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Bringing the product into conformity will be free of charge where applicable, including the necessary costs of transport, labour and materials.
Businesses and professionals
In B2B transactions, the warranty conditions stated in the offer, product or manufacturer’s documentation will apply, together with the applicable commercial and contractual law.
The B2B warranty normally does not cover ordinary wear and tear, consumables, insufficient maintenance, improper use, external damage, unauthorised handling or incompatibilities caused by external elements.
These exclusions will only apply where there is a causal link with the fault and will not affect original defects or breaches attributable to Install Beer.
Manufacturer warranties
A commercial warranty offered by a manufacturer is additional and does not replace the legal liability that corresponds to Install Beer as the seller towards the consumer.
Full information is available at Legal warranty and after-sales service .
27. Subscriptions and recurring payments
When a product can be purchased by subscription, before confirmation the following will be provided:
- Product included.
- Delivery frequency.
- Price and taxes.
- Frequency and collection date.
- Duration and renewal.
- Conditions for modification, pause and cancellation.
- Shipping costs.
The specific conditions are governed in the Subscription policy .
In the event of any discrepancy, the specific subscription conditions will prevail with regard to their particular aspects.
28. Promotions, coupons and discounts
Promotions will be subject to the conditions communicated in each case, such as validity period, included products, minimum amount, eligible users or maximum units.
Unless otherwise indicated:
- They cannot be combined with each other.
- They do not apply retroactively to previous orders.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- They may exclude products that are made to order or have a negotiated price.
- They apply before or after tax depending on your settings.
Install Beer may cancel a coupon used fraudulently or in breach of its conditions, informing the customer before modifying or cancelling the order.
Promotions do not affect the legal rights to warranty, conformity, withdrawal or refund.
29. Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
Neither party will be liable for a delay or failure caused by an unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond its reasonable control, provided it takes proportionate measures to mitigate its effects.
These circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters, fires or floods.
- Conflicts, riots or acts of authority.
- Supervening customs or trade restrictions.
- General strikes or serious disruptions to transport.
- Health emergencies.
- General power or communications failures.
- Subsequent unavailability of essential, non-replaceable components.
The affected party will inform the other when the incident may significantly affect performance.
Obligations will be suspended for the time reasonably necessary. If the impossibility continues and frustrates the purpose of the contract, either party may terminate the outstanding part.
Install Beer will refund amounts received for products or services that ultimately cannot be provided, without prejudice to work correctly performed or costs that are legally due.
30. Liability
Install Beer will be liable in accordance with the applicable legislation and the obligations assumed in each contract.
Consumers
No provision limits the consumer’s inalienable rights, liability for lack of conformity, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Businesses and professionals
In B2B transactions, and within the limits permitted by law, Install Beer will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of production, loss of business, or damage arising from use other than that communicated.
This limitation will not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, breach of essential obligations or liability that cannot legally be limited.
When Install Beer has been informed that the supply is essential for a specific date, event or process, this circumstance must be expressly included in the order or quotation so that it can be assessed and accepted.
Use and installation
Install Beer will not be liable for damage caused exclusively by:
- Incorrect installation carried out by third parties.
- Use contrary to the instructions.
- Inadequate pressures, temperatures or connections.
- Lack of cleaning or maintenance.
- Unauthorised modifications.
- Consumables or incompatible components.
- Incorrect technical information provided by the client.
These exclusions will require a causal link with the damage and may not be used to exclude a product defect, an installation carried out by Install Beer, or incorrect advice attributable to it.
31. Data protection and communications
The personal data necessary to manage enquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, invoicing, warranties and services will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy.
Install Beer may send communications necessary to perform the contract, such as:
- Order and payment confirmations.
- Preparation and delivery updates.
- Requests for technical information.
- Invoices and administrative documents.
- Safety or availability notices.
- Warranty communications and after-sales service.
These contractual communications are independent from advertising communications.
Commercial communications will be sent when there is consent, a prior relationship that allows it, or another valid legal basis, and the recipient may object or unsubscribe.
32. Customer service, complaints and claims
The customer may submit enquiries, incidents, complaints or claims through:
Email: info@installbeer.com
Telephone: +34 93 346 46 56

Consumers may request official complaint forms and contact the competent public consumer authorities.
Install Beer does not declare adherence to any arbitration system or private alternative dispute resolution entity unless such adherence is expressly confirmed.
You can consult the full procedure at Customer service, complaints and claims .
33. Amendment of the terms
Install Beer may update these conditions to adapt them to regulatory, technical, commercial or organisational changes.
The version applicable to an order will be the one the customer was able to review and accept at the time of contracting.
Subsequent amendments will not apply retroactively to reduce rights or alter essential obligations of contracts already concluded, unless required by law or validly agreed by the parties.
When a change affects an ongoing contract or subscription, it will be communicated in accordance with its specific conditions and the applicable cancellation rights will be recognised.
34. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are generally governed by Spanish law and by any directly applicable European Union regulations.
Consumers
When the customer acts as a consumer, the choice of Spanish law will not deprive them of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions applicable in their country of residence.
Disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable regulations. Consumers are not subjected to a mandatory submission to the courts of Barcelona where another jurisdiction is legally applicable.
Businesses and professionals
For disputes between Install Beer and businesses or professionals, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Barcelona, except where:
- Another jurisdiction has been expressly agreed.
- A different mandatory rule becomes applicable.
- An international contract establishes a different dispute resolution mechanism.
Before initiating legal action, the parties will seek in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation.
