Product Warranty

Conditions for consumers/end customers:

Install Beer guarantees, in accordance with current legislation and the following conditions, all the material it distributes.

The consumer may contact either the seller or the manufacturer of the product, who will be liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery (one year for second-hand products).

When the lack of conformity appears after 6 months, the manufacturer may require an independent expert report in order to process the warranty.

While the product is being repaired, the warranty period is put on hold: from the moment the consumer makes the product available to the seller until the moment it is returned repaired. For example, if the repair of an item takes 15 days, the warranty period will end 15 days later than originally scheduled.

The shipping costs generated by processing the product warranty will be borne by Install Beer during the first 6 months; thereafter they will be borne by the customer, and Install Beer will reimburse them once it has been proven by the customer or the manufacturer that the problem is due to the product.

Conditions for businesses and distributors:

The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users establishes that consumers are natural or legal persons who acquire, use or enjoy movable goods as end recipients, regardless of the public or private, individual or collective nature of those who produce or supply them.

Those who, without being end recipients, acquire, store or consume goods in order to integrate them into production, transformation or marketing processes, or into services provided to third parties, shall not be considered consumers.

Therefore, in cases where the customer is a distributor or a business, the warranty will be as stipulated by the manufacturer, and the shipping costs to our facilities will always be borne by the customer, since sales between businesses are not regulated by the Law on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products that are damaged due to faults caused by reasons external to the product (fire, water, power surges, impacts, drops).
  • Install Beer S.L. is not liable for any defects the product may have due to improper use or lack of maintenance.
  • Install Beer S.L. is not liable for products that have undergone technical intervention by anyone other than the Install Beer S.L. Technical Service.
  • Wear and tear or deterioration caused by use and the passage of time.

Repair warranty:

Install Beer offers a three-month warranty from the date the repair is completed.

The repair warranty applies exclusively when the previous repair did not resolve the problem.
