Who is Faby Cream for?
It’s the right choice when you need a compact, versatile machine with 6‑liter bowls and a smaller product volume than a high‑capacity granita machine. If high consumption is expected or you need up to three 12‑liter bowls, the higher‑capacity alternative is the Faby Infinity.

Installation and use
The machine is countertop. It must be installed with sufficient ventilation around the unit and following the manufacturer’s instructions. To maintain hygiene and product texture, it’s advisable to clean the bowls, taps and components in contact with the drink regularly.
