How to request a made‑to‑order product
- Send us your request. Indicate the product name, the reference or SKU, and the quantity required.
- We check availability and compatibility. We will review the product and, when necessary, verify that it is suitable for your installation or application.
- You’ll receive an offer. We will inform you of the price, the estimated timeframe, the payment method and the applicable conditions before confirming the order.
Information we need
To prepare an accurate response, please include:
- Product name, brand, reference or SKU.
- Required quantity.
- Country and delivery postcode.
- Intended use or type of beverage you want to dispense.
- Approximate date when you need the material.
- Any special measurement, connection, or requirement.
You can also request advice even if you do not know the exact reference. Describe the equipment or solution you need and our technical team will review the available options.
