Installation, ventilation and start-up
The FS176H Black must be installed indoors, in a dry, level and sufficiently ventilated room. Although its Slim format makes it easier to place in tight spaces, it is important to respect the ventilation areas to maintain cooling performance, control power consumption and extend the service life of the unit.
- Install indoors only, in a dry and ventilated area.
- Avoid proximity to ovens, radiators, heat sources, direct sunlight or air conditioning systems.
- Leave at least 50 mm free behind and above when placed near furniture or in a partially built-in area.
- Do not block the air intake on the lower panel.
- Level the unit using the adjustable feet to ensure stability and proper door closure.
- Connect to an accessible 220–240 V / 50 Hz socket with earth connection.
- Do not connect to power strips, multi-socket bases or multipolar distribution outlets.
- If the unit has been transported lying down, leave it upright for 2 hours before switching it on.
- When using R600a refrigerant, any repair must be carried out by qualified technical personnel.
Recommended use and beverage storage
The TEFCOLD FS176H Black is intended for storing and cooling packaged drinks in bottles and cans. To achieve a stable temperature, it is advisable to organise the load correctly and leave space for internal air circulation.
- Use for packaged drinks: beer, water, soft drinks, wine, kombucha, juices and ready-to-serve beverages.
- Do not load large quantities of hot or non-precooled product.
- Avoid overloading the shelves or blocking air circulation.

Recommended maintenance and cleaning
The FS176H Black has a sealed refrigeration system, so internal circuit maintenance is normally not required. Even so, preventive cleaning is important to maintain performance, energy consumption and service life.
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning or maintenance.
- Clean the interior and exterior with mild products suitable for refrigeration equipment.

Compatibility and operating limits
Important: this unit is designed to store and chill packaged drinks in bottles and cans. It is not a tap dispensing system, it does not cool beer, wine or water lines, and it does not replace a keg cooler or a walk-in cold room for product storage.
In professional beverage installations, this unit can complement a bar with taps, but it does not replace specific systems for cooling and dispensing beer, wine, filtered water, cocktails, kombucha or other drinks on tap.
