Pygmy 25 Exclusive dispenser datasheet for Nitro Coffee and Cold Brew
Manual de usuario de dispensadores Lindr
PYGMY 25 Exclusive NEW 2x NITRO is a professional countertop unit for serving Nitro Cold Brew Coffee with cascade effect and a dense, velvety foam. It is designed to connect to an external food-grade nitrogen source and includes an integrated flow regulator to adjust texture and crema. The 2-tap version gives you more flexibility: you can dedicate one line to nitro cold brew and the second to cold brew / iced coffee, or even to another cold drink (according to the manufacturer).
Why we recommend it:
- Dual service: 2 taps / 2 drinks with independent circuits (one machine, two experiences).
- Real “nitro” result: Stout taps + cream spout for crema and cascade.
- Fine nitrogen control: integrated regulator to adjust foam and texture.
- Fast start-up: the manufacturer states cooling “within minutes.”
- Green Line (R290): eco-friendly refrigerant and energy-efficiency focus.
Main features
- Nitrogen with flow control: designed to connect to external N₂, with integrated regulator for consistent, repeatable infusion.
- Stout tap with cream spout nozzle: breaks the flow during pouring and creates compact foam and a cascading effect.
- Nitrogen saturation: the key process to achieve a “creamy” mouthfeel, cascade and rich foam (ideal in nitro cold brew).
- Chilled tap: refrigerated tap so the first drop comes out cold (very useful in summer).
- Lindr cooling block + stainless steel coils (one per tap) for stable performance.
- Thermostat for smooth temperature control.
- PYGMY Exclusive series: premium look with illuminated front panel (customizable design).
Connections (quick / fittings)
- Drink inlet: 9.5 mm (3/8")
- Nitrogen inlet (N₂): 9.5 mm (3/8")
This model does not include an air compressor (listed as “NO” on the datasheet): it runs on external nitrogen.
Technical specifications

- Maximum output (0°C / Tk 45°C): 35 l/h
- Continuous output: 25 l/h
- ΔT (temperature gradient): 10 °C
- Number of taps / drinks: 2 / 2
- Coil length: 9 m + 9 m (one per tap)
- Coil diameter: 7×8 mm
- Power consumption: 276 W at 1.20 A
- Net weight: 18.5 kg

- Thermostat for temperature control.
- Drip tray.
- Quick-connect fittings to make installation easier.

How coffee shops use it (2 taps = more sales). Typical configuration examples:
- Tap 1: Nitro Cold Brew (N₂, “stout” crema)
- Tap 2: Cold Brew “flat” (without nitro) or a special recipe (vanilla, tonic, etc.). The manufacturer also states that the second tap can serve cold brew, beer, wine or other cold drinks, keeping circuits independent.
What you need to get it up and running (Nitro Setup)
- External food-grade nitrogen (N₂) source (cylinder) and supply line to the unit.
- Keg/KeyKeg/corny keg with cold brew prepared and well filtered.
- Lines compatible with 3/8" (9.5 mm) (drink and nitrogen).
- Practical recommendation: use a fine filter before the keg if your cold brew has sediment (to protect taps and ensure stable service).
Recomendado para:
- High‑volume coffee shops that want to offer nitro + another line (cold brew / recipe).
- Bars and cocktail bars (nitro coffee cocktails, espresso cold brew).
- Catering and events thanks to its balance of performance/size and quick start-up.
