You need to warn UK customers about the UPS charges, customs bureaucracy, and added costs.

I paid your £20 delivery fee thinking I was buying from a uk seller, but then was informed it was coming from you guys. after loads of hassle with UPS customs and excise, having to jump through hoops providing numbers and setting up codes for Tax and Vat and companies house just to get through customs it still cost another £60.
which made the price too high for what I bought. and cost me hours in admin.
Your communications other than that were good and I dont know the other companies this went through but they kept the transaction updated.
Most of this trouble was probably out of your hands, but it would have been nice to be warned!
It didn't help that UPS were threatening me £17 per day to store the parts if I delayed in giving them the relevant information they kept loading onto me.
Any small single customer without the relevant knowledge of ability to go through the bureaucracy would be left stuck in customs with growing bills and no way of getting in touch with you to help.
