Our direct-expansion beverage chiller machines are the ideal solution to keep your beers and other drinks cold and ready to serve at all times. These beer dispensers feature a high-efficiency refrigeration system that ensures the right temperature for beer and other beverages.
Our beer and beverage chiller machines are designed for both home and commercial use and are built with high-quality, durable materials. Their robust construction guarantees a long service life and low maintenance costs.
Our direct-expansion chiller machines come with a range of features and options such as taps or built-in air compressors, including different models of beer dispensers and configurations to suit your specific needs.
The machines are easy to install and use, making them ideal for any type of beer and beverage service business or for private users. We also offer advice and technical support to help you choose the right chiller machine.
All beverage dispensing machines are compact and portable, with one or two taps. However, there are two types: those that include an air compressor and those that do not. You should choose the most suitable machine by first thinking about how many taps and kegs you want to serve at the same time, one or two; whether the kegs are metal or plastic but require CO2 gas to push the product; or, on the contrary, whether they are plastic kegs with an internal bag, such as KeyKegs. In that case, you can opt for a machine with a built‑in air compressor to avoid needing a gas push system. Finally, check the required cooling capacity: the number in the machine’s name represents the number of litres it can serve under ideal conditions, for example the Pygmy 25, 25 litres per hour.
The portable beverage dispenser cooler is a compact, very practical machine that you can take anywhere without the need for complex installation. In addition, the machines are ready to start dispensing cold drinks just 5 minutes after being switched on. For machines with an air compressor, once the keg has been tapped you must switch on the compressor so it can pressurise the keg to the correct dispensing pressure. After that, simply open the tap and pour your favourite beer or chilled drink.
This depends on the type of machine you have. There are two types of refrigeration machines: ice‑bank units and gas‑expansion units. Ice‑bank coolers need 24 hours to build up an ice block that is thick and solid enough to withstand heavy dispensing use; until the ice is used up you can be sure the drink will come out cold from the tap.
Gas‑expansion coolers only need 5 minutes to be ready to serve cold drinks from the tap, but with one limitation: the reservoir is small and will only allow you to serve 2 or 3 glasses before you have to wait another 5 minutes for the new liquid entering the machine to chill again, and so on. They are faster to start up but more intermittent over time.
