If you’re looking for a beer tap for home, you’re in the right place. At Install Beer we’ve been installing beer taps for homes, bars and many other projects, such as the Barcelona Beer Festival, the most important beer event in southern Europe, for more than 20 years.
The beer tap you can install at home is exactly the same as a professional beer tap, so there’s no difference at all in quality between one and the other, although the column for home use is usually 1 or 2 beer taps, unlike the ones we typically install in projects like brewpubs, where the number of taps can range from 1 to more than 30 taps.
Bear in mind that not all the beer tap installations we set up are on a column, as they can also be mounted directly on the wall. It will all depend on the space and the characteristics of your premises. Most of the wall‑mounted installations we do have the cold room with the kegs located right behind them. In this case, there’s no need to install any type of font, saving the cost of the beer tower and the cooler, since the kegs are already in a cold room.
As you can see, there are many options and we love new projects, so we’re delighted to hear your ideas.

Yes, draft towers can be used for any beer, although it’s true that some beers, such as Guinness, require a tap with a restrictor plate. But except for rare cases like this, a draft tower will work for any beer.
If we refer exclusively to a professional draft system, it consists of the beer tower, the beer tap and the internal tubing. On top of that, we can add the tower support and drip tray.
We offer both options: you can choose the beer tower with or without pre-installation. In our Draft beer and beverage section you can find the tower without pre-assembly or tower packs that include pre-assembly.
This depends entirely on the needs and features the customer wants for their venue. There are towers from 1 tap up to 30 taps or more, and there are also different finishes and installation types: with base, through-hole, or wall/ceiling mounted. The customer should choose the tower that best suits their premises, both in terms of the number of taps and aesthetics. At Install Beer we are experts in advising on tower installations, so don’t hesitate to contact us.
