Here you can find a wide variety of beer lines in different sizes and grades, including options with insulation and internal water cooling to keep your beer nice and cold.
Used for gas because it is a single‑layer tube, although it can also be used for product if necessary. Available in the following sizes: ½”, 3/8”, 5/16”, ¼” and 3/16”. It withstands pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures from -10ºC to 60ºC.
A dual‑layer tube whose inner wall has very low roughness and practically prevents migration. It has medium flexibility, high pressure resistance and resistance to various chemical agents. Specially designed for soft drink and beer dispensers.
Suitable for beverage handling and the food industry in general, wherever high safety pressure and mechanical strength are required. Ideal for transferring liquids with high acidity and alcohol content (up to 15%).
Withstands pressures up to 18 bar and temperatures from -10ºC to 70ºC.
Insulated trunk line with water‑cooling tubes to keep beer or other beverages cold. Available with multiple lines for different types of drinks.
Insulated trunk line with water or glycol bath cooling to keep beer or other beverages cold. Available with multiple lines for many different types of drinks.
The Clear PVC tube is made from a single‑layer material with a highly porous molecular structure that provides excellent flexibility and makes it very difficult to collapse. It offers great dimensional stability and environmental resistance. It is commonly used for potable or cooling water circulation, as well as for conveying liquids that can be dispensed at room temperature. Thanks to its high flexibility, it is highly recommended for use in confined spaces.
The opaque PVC tube is a single‑layer material with a highly porous molecular structure that provides excellent flexibility and makes it very difficult to collapse. It offers great dimensional stability and environmental resistance.
It is commonly used for potable or cooling water circulation, as well as for conveying liquids that can be dispensed at room temperature. Thanks to its high flexibility, it is highly recommended for use in confined spaces. Excellent flexibility, ideal for small spaces due to its bend radius.
Braided/reinforced pressure hose suitable for gas and water. Food‑grade hose for liquids at room temperature or chilled. Size 6x12 mm.
The gas line we use for beer is the Poly SK Tube, a medium‑flexibility polyethylene tube suitable for push‑fit connectors and offered at a very competitive price. Another type of hose widely used by major breweries is the braided pressure hose, which is very robust and reinforced for higher pressure, although it is not suitable for push‑fit connectors.
The go‑to beer line is the Lupulus II Tube. This dual‑layer hose provides better liquid flow while minimising sediment retention. We only stock this tube in white and it is suitable for push‑fit connectors.
If you need beer line for your installation or setup, you may have doubts due to the large number of hose types we offer. All our hoses are food‑grade, but each one has its own use. So if you think you don’t have the right beer line, we recommend switching to a hose with technical characteristics like the Lupulus II tube, as it is specially designed for that purpose.

The main requirements for a gas line to work correctly are proper cleaning of the tubing, checking the connection at both ends of the line to avoid leaks, and keeping the pressure within the maximum limits set by the manufacturer.
The beer line can be connected in two ways: with a barb and clamp, or with a quick‑connect fitting. Both methods are correct; the main difference to consider when choosing one or the other is how easy it is to connect and disconnect the beer line. If you use a quick‑connect fitting, it will be much easier if you need to disconnect the line frequently.
The beer line is an essential component for transporting beer from the keg to the tap.
A food‑grade tube is designed to transport beverages from the keg to the dispensing tap. These tubes are made from food‑safe materials to ensure the safety and hygiene of the beverage being transported.
The main materials used for food‑grade tubes for draft beverage dispensing include PVC, polyurethane, silicone and other strong, food‑safe materials.
Food‑grade tubes for draft beverage dispensing are available in different sizes and diameters to suit different types of dispensing systems and beverage flow requirements. The standard size is usually 3/8" or 9.5 mm tubing.
A tube for draft beverage dispensing must be durable, flexible, easy to clean and compliant with food safety standards. It must also be designed to withstand the pressure and flow of the beverage being transported.
Installing a tube for draft beverage dispensing is a simple process that involves cutting the tube square to the correct length and connecting it to the keg and dispensing tap using the appropriate fittings.
It is important to clean food‑grade draft beverage tubes regularly using special cleaning solutions in a self‑cleaning tank for dispensing systems. It is also important to replace the tubes every few years to avoid the build‑up of bacteria and other contaminants.
