A tower to dispense all your drinks
Javier and Guillermo have been friends since they were in school together. Now, as adults, they’ve left behind their boring office jobs and decided to launch their own hospitality project. They want their place to be a gastronomic meeting point for all tastes. Quite a challenge, right?
When they sat down to plan the menu, Javier wanted to include some popular starters like sandwiches, tacos or tequeños. Guillermo, for his part, insisted on a more elaborate cuisine with grilled meats, Galician-style octopus and Neapolitan pizza. They’re both happy because the kitchen allows them to prepare all the dishes they want to offer. They’ve managed to design a varied menu and the project is going well.

However, when they get to the drinks section, the conflicts begin. Javier wants a more traditional offering: draft beer by the glass, kegged vermouth, and Asturian cider. Guillermo, on the other hand, is betting on natural wines, kombucha, mead, and nitro coffee. The two friends can’t agree because they believe that they would need too many towers for so many drinks and they don’t have that much space, but they’re wrong.
What Javier and Guillermo didn’t know when planning their restaurant project is that they can have as many taps as they want on a single tower, each one with a different type of drink. They can even install them on the wall if they need to save space on the bar. Cool or not cool? That really makes you want to start a business.
Javier and Guillermo realize it’s the right decision when they themselves act as customers. While Javier orders his small draft beer with two fingers of foam, not one more, not one less, Guillermo prefers a well-served vermouth on the rocks with an orange peel. Because in the end, every group of friends has different tastes and no one gets left out.

If you want to move beyond the classic beer-and-tapas combo and offer a more diverse drinks selection, at Install Beer we specialize in installing draft towers for the hospitality industry. Our wide range of taps with more or fewer faucets will help you save space and achieve the finishes that best match your business style.
We’re used to every bar having just one beer brand, and that kills any hint of ambition in your offering. What if you feel like changing brands? What if you want to have several on at once and rotate them? And why only beer?
Having a wide range of drinks on tap is a winning strategy for bar owners. This way, the owner is not tied to a specific brand, but can freely decide what to serve at any time and who to assign maintenance of the system to, even doing it themselves without depending on any brand.
