John Guest shut-off valve elbow 3/8" × 1/2 BSP

90° manual valve that combines a push-fit connection for 3/8" (9.5 mm) tube, a 1/2 BSP threaded connection and shut-off function.

When to use it

It is useful when you need to connect a threaded piece of equipment, route the tubing at 90° and have manual isolation at the same point.

Installation

Depressurise, confirm the 1/2 BSP thread, assemble without forcing and connect the correctly prepared 3/8" tube. Leave the control accessible.

Maintenance

Operate the valve periodically and check for leaks both at the thread and at the tube connection.
