Install Beer ships technical materials and equipment for beverage dispensing: taps, towers, connectors, tubes, regulators, gas and detection systems, refrigerators, dispensers, spare parts, cleaning products, and complete solutions for beer, water, wine, cocktails, coffee, kombucha, cider, and other draft beverages.
We work with domestic, European, and international shipments. The store uses Shopify Markets to adapt, according to destination, the currency, the available product catalog, and shipping rates.
The final contractual shipping price is always the one shown at checkout before confirming the order or the one stated in an accepted quote. The tables published on this page reflect common services and may change when the weight, volume, destination, carrier, product or logistics setup changes.
1. Scope of application
These conditions apply to shipments managed by Install Beer via the online store, by quotation or through other authorized sales channels. They cover parcels, boxes of technical material, bulky or delicate equipment, palletized goods, orders pre‑assembled in the workshop, domestic, intra‑EU and international shipments, as well as collections and logistical returns.
Projects, installations, rentals, special supplies, and business-to-business operations may also be subject to the specific conditions indicated in the quotation, order, or contract.
2. How shipping costs are calculated
Shipping is calculated based on the actual weight, the volumetric weight, dimensions, destination, number of parcels, fragility, value of the goods, selected service and any product restrictions.
For dispensing equipment, volume can be as important as weight. A tower, drip tray, cooler, or pre-assembled unit may require a different logistics option even if its weight is low.
Islands, remote areas, customs territories, the need to keep the equipment upright, reinforced packaging, additional insurance, regulated goods and accessibility of the delivery point can also have an impact.
3. Markets, catalogs, currencies and final price
Install Beer has active Shopify markets for Spain and numerous European and international destinations. Each active market is associated with a specific catalog configuration and a defined sales currency.
For this reason, the catalog, available products, prices, and shipping options may vary depending on the delivery country. Certain brands, variants, regulated goods, bulky equipment, or products with transport restrictions may not be available in all markets.
The store displays the currency configured for the corresponding market. Among others, EUR, GBP, CHF, USD, CAD, AUD, JPY, NOK, SEK, DKK, PLN, CZK, HUF, RON, TRY, INR and various Latin American market currencies are used.
When there is a rate compatible with the destination, product, and cart weight, Shopify will display the shipping cost before payment. If checkout does not offer a rate, the order requires prior logistics assessment.
Exchange rates and market configurations may vary. Therefore, any example or table on this page is subordinate to the amount shown at checkout or in the accepted quote.
For consumer sales, the purchase process will show the total applicable amount before the customer is bound to pay. In B2B transactions, exports, intra‑EU supplies or territories with special tax regimes, the applicable tax treatment will be applied when the legal requirements are met.
4. Spain · Standard shipping
Reference rates in effect as of 14 September 2026. Checkout takes precedence over this table. Weight limits are applied consecutively: for example, the bracket after 2 kg starts at 2.001 kg.
| Weight | Barcelona | Catalonia | Mainland | Balearic Islands | Canary Islands |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0–2 kg | €4.99 | €4.99 | €5.99 | €9.99 | €49.99 |
| 2.001–5 kg | €5.99 | €5.99 | €6.99 | €10.99 | 59.99 € |
| 5,001–10 kg | €7.99 | €7.99 | €8.99 | €15.99 | €69.99 |
| 10,001–15 kg | €8.99 | €8.99 | €9.99 | €19.99 | €79.99 |
| 15,001–20 kg | €9.99 | €9.99 | €11.99 | €21.99 | €84.99 |
| 20,001–30 kg | €14.99 | €14.99 | €15.99 | €26.99 | €99.99 |
| 30.001–40 kg | €19.99 | €19.99 | €24.99 | €34.99 | €114.99 |
The usual transit time for standard service within Spain is approximately 24 to 72 business hours from dispatch, depending on destination and coverage.
5. Spain · Express shipping and local delivery
Express service is subject to postal code, weight, dimensions, preparation time, and carrier coverage.
| Weight | Barcelona | Catalonia | Mainland |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0–1 kg | €7.99 | €8.99 | €9.99 |
| 1,001–3 kg | €8.99 | €9.99 | €10.99 |
| 3,001–5 kg | €9.99 | €10.99 | €11.99 |
| 5,001–10 kg | €11.99 | €11.99 | €13.99 |
| 10,001–15 kg | €13.99 | €14.99 | €16.99 |
| 15,001–20 kg | €16.99 | €18.99 | €19.99 |
| 20,001–25 kg | €19.99 | €22.99 | €24.99 |
In Barcelona there is, when available, a local delivery option in under 2 hours for orders up to 3 kg for €12.99. Its availability depends on the address, schedule, and carrier capacity.
Special urgent services or time-definite services other than those active in checkout require prior inquiry and confirmation. No general rate is published for urgent services that are not available automatically.
6. Spain · Pallet shipments
Refrigeration equipment, dispensers, kegerators, towers, pre-assembled sets, and bulky orders may require palletized transport even if their weight is below the usual parcel limit.
| Weight | Barcelona | Catalonia | Mainland | Balearic Islands | Canary Islands |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 30,001–50 kg · Mini pallet | €19.99 | €19.99 | €24.99 | €39.99 | €99.99 |
| 50,001–100 kg · Half pallet | €39.99 | €39.99 | €44.99 | 59.99 € | €149.99 |
| 100,001–300 kg · Euro pallet | €69.99 | €79.99 | €89.99 | €99.99 | €199.99 |
For certain weights, both parcel and pallet options may be available. The applicable option also depends on volume, fragility, type of equipment and required packaging.
7. Portugal and Europe
Install Beer has active markets and specific configurations for Portugal, most European Union countries and numerous non‑EU European countries.
Among the enabled European destinations are, among others, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Andorra, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, and Turkey.
To avoid discrepancies between a static table and the store’s actual configuration, the current rate for each European country is calculated at checkout according to market, weight, product, and address. When there is no compatible rate, a quote must be requested.
The usual indicative timeframe is 3 to 7 business days for Portugal and 5 to 10 business days for other European destinations from dispatch. It may be longer for islands, remote areas, palletized orders, customs or special goods.
8. International markets
In addition to Europe, Install Beer maintains active markets for numerous international destinations, with catalog and currency defined by country. These include:
- North America: United States and Canada.
- Latin America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Uruguay.
- Asia and Pacific: Australia, India, and Japan.
Market availability may be expanded or modified. The existence of a market does not mean that all products can be shipped to that country: the catalog, brand restrictions, goods, dimensions, and regulations may limit sales.
When Shopify has a valid rate for the cart, shipping will be shown in the market currency before payment. If the weight exceeds the configured limit, the product requires special transport, or no rate appears, the customer must request a quote.
Shipments outside the European Union or outside the corresponding tax territory may require a commercial invoice, tariff classification, export declaration, customs clearance, and import taxes and duties.
9. Destinations, currencies, and shipping conditions
Install Beer ships to Spain, Europe, and numerous international markets. The following table summarizes the main zones, currencies, and general conditions. Actual availability depends on the market catalog, the product, the weight, the dimensions, and the delivery address.
| Destination / market | Currency | Usual method | Weight range | Indicative transit time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mainland Spain | EUR | Standard, express, and pallet | Parcels up to 40 kg; pallet service up to 300 kg, depending on the service | 1–3 business days |
| Balearic Islands | EUR | Parcels and pallets | Depending on product and checkout | 2–5 business days |
| Canary Islands | EUR | Parcels and pallets | Depending on product and checkout | Variable + tax/customs handling |
| Portugal | EUR | Parcels / pallet | Depending on product and checkout | 3–7 business days |
| European Union | EUR or local currency depending on market | Parcels / pallet depending on country | Depending on market and checkout | 5–10 business days |
| United Kingdom | GBP | International | Depending on product and checkout | 5–10 days + customs |
| Switzerland / Liechtenstein | CHF | International | Depending on product and checkout | 5–10 days + customs |
| Norway | NOK | International | Depending on product and checkout | 5–10 days + customs |
| Iceland | ISK | International | Parcel service configured up to 30 kg | As shown at checkout |
| Turkey | TRY | International | Depending on product and checkout | Variable |
| United States | USD | International Express | Depending on product and checkout | Variable |
| Canada | CAD | International Express | Depending on product and checkout | Variable |
| Australia | AUD | International Express | Depending on product and checkout | Variable |
| Japan | JPY | International Express | Parcel service configured up to 25 kg | Variable |
| India | INR | International Express | Depending on product and checkout | Variable |
| Latin America | Local market currency or USD, depending on the country | International Express | Depending on country, product, and checkout | Variable |
The final price and available options are calculated automatically at checkout according to country, weight, dimensions, products, and Shopify market. If no rate appears, the order requires logistics assessment and Install Beer can prepare a custom quote.
Transit times are indicative from dispatch and may be extended due to customs, islands, remote areas, pallets, special goods, or carrier incidents. The existence of an active market does not mean that all products are available for that destination.
10. Preparation and cut-off time
Regular carrier pickup takes place at approximately 1:00 p.m. on business days. Orders that are available, paid, and confirmed before that time may be prepared and shipped the same day, but same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
Preparation may be delayed when:
- The product is not available in the immediate warehouse.
- The order includes many items.
- It is necessary to assemble, check or configure the equipment.
- The equipment requires reinforced packaging or a pallet.
- Missing tax, technical, or customs data.
- Payment or order confirmation is still pending.
- A change is requested after the order has been confirmed.
11. Delivery times
Transit times start counting from dispatch, not necessarily from the date the order is placed.
- Standard Spain: approximately 24–72 business hours.
- Spain express: next business day where coverage exists.
- Portugal: approximately 3–7 business days.
- Europe: approximately 5–10 business days.
- International: depending on destination, carrier, customs, and available service.
- Pallets: depending on destination, operator, appointment and availability.
These timeframes are indicative unless expressly committed to in writing. They may be affected by public holidays, high demand, weather events, strikes, carrier incidents, customs controls, islands, remote areas, or circumstances beyond Install Beer’s reasonable control.
In sales to consumers, where no other timeframe has been agreed, delivery will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal period.
12. Carriers used
Install Beer works with different carriers depending on destination, weight, volume, and type of goods. Usual carriers may include GLS, Correos Express, CTT, UPS, FedEx, DHL, NTL, and local or equivalent operators.
The appearance of a carrier in this list does not guarantee that it can be selected for all orders. Install Beer will normally choose the carrier it considers most suitable. Professional customers who need a specific agency must request it before confirming the order.
13. Special and restricted products
Some products cannot be shipped via standard parcel services or require prior assessment. These may include, among others:
- Refrigerators, dispensers, keg coolers and refrigerated cabinets.
- Large columns and pre‑assembled equipment.
- Bottles or pressurized containers and compressed gases.
- Restricted chemicals, aerosols or liquids.
- Batteries or other components subject to regulation.
- Fragile goods, high-value goods or goods with special dimensions.
Availability will depend on destination, classification, quantities, packaging, documentation, and authorized carrier. The fact that a product exists in the general catalog does not mean that it is published or can be shipped in all markets.
14. Pallet delivery conditions
Unless a different service is expressly contracted, palletized delivery is made at street level or at the point accessible to the delivery vehicle.
Standard pallet delivery does not necessarily include:
- Carrying items up to upper floors or into the interior of the premises.
- Unpacking or removal of the pallet and packaging.
- Installation or commissioning.
- Crane, special platform, or handling via stairs.
When a tail lift, scheduled appointment, small vehicle, indoor delivery, special unloading, or additional handling is required, it must be requested before arranging transport.
15. Customs, taxes and documentation
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Shipments to the Canary Islands may require tax documentation, customs clearance, and identification of the buyer or recipient. IGIC, AIEM, clearance fees, storage, or other amounts due at destination may apply. Ceuta and Melilla usually require prior assessment of availability and logistics conditions.
European Union
Tax treatment will depend on the customer’s status, destination country, and applicable legal requirements. Intra-Community B2B transactions may require a valid VAT number and its corresponding validation.
Exports and special territories
For destinations outside the corresponding tax or customs territory, Install Beer may request a tax ID/VAT number, EORI, company name, billing and delivery address, contact person, or other documentation required by the authority or carrier.
There may be VAT or import taxes, duties, customs clearance, fees, inspections, storage, or agent/carrier charges. These amounts are not included unless checkout, a quote, or the agreed Incoterm expressly states otherwise.
The tax and customs information provided by Install Beer is operational in nature. The importer must verify the obligations applicable in their country.
16. B2B transactions and Incoterms
In business-to-business operations, an Incoterm may be agreed to define logistics obligations, costs, risks, export, and import. The applicable Incoterm must appear explicitly in the quote, order confirmation, pro forma, or contract.
In Ex Works operations, the customer is primarily responsible for collection and transport in accordance with the agreed conditions. When DAP, DDP, FCA, or another Incoterm is used, the allocation of obligations expressly stated in the offer will prevail.
The mere contracting of carriage does not imply that Install Beer acts as the registered importer in the destination country.
17. Transfer of risk
Consumers
When Install Beer ships goods via a carrier proposed or contracted by Install Beer, the risk of loss or damage passes when the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
If the consumer independently arranges a carrier not proposed by Install Beer, the risk may pass upon delivery of the goods to that carrier, without prejudice to any rights against that carrier.
Businesses and professionals
In B2B transactions, risk passes according to the Incoterm, quotation, or agreed logistical condition.
18. Inspection upon receipt of the order
Upon receiving the goods, it is recommended to check the number of packages, recipient, condition of the packaging, impacts, moisture, punctures, openings, condition of the pallet, and position of the equipment.
When visible damage is observed, it is recommended to:
- Record the incident on the carrier’s delivery note.
- Take photographs before opening the package.
- Photograph the shipping label and protective materials.
- Keep the packaging.
- Report the incident to Install Beer as soon as possible.
Failure to make an immediate note may complicate claims against the carrier but does not automatically remove the consumer’s legal rights against Install Beer.
19. Damage, shortages and losses
Damaged product
The customer must provide, whenever possible, the order or invoice number, a description of the affected product and photos of the packaging, label, protective materials and damage. The product and packaging must be kept until further instructions are received.
Incomplete order or incorrect product
Install Beer will review item references, quantities, preparation, number of packages, weight, and documentation. When the error is attributable to Install Beer, the corresponding correction will be handled without passing on to the customer any costs that Install Beer is legally required to bear.
Lost shipment
If tracking is not updated or delivery significantly exceeds the expected timeframe, Install Beer will open an investigation with the carrier. If it is confirmed that delivery is not possible, the appropriate solution will be offered, such as replacement, reshipment or refund.
20. Failed delivery or incorrect address
The customer must provide a complete and correct address, as well as an active phone number and email address. A delivery may fail due to absence, incorrect address, lack of access, unjustified refusal, inability to contact the recipient, missing customs documentation, or non-payment of amounts due at destination.
When the issue is caused by incorrect data, repeated absence, or breach attributable to the customer, the actual and reasonable costs of return and reshipment may be charged when applicable and without limiting mandatory rights.
Simply refusing the package does not necessarily mean the right of withdrawal has been exercised correctly.
21. Collection in Barcelona
Some orders can be collected at Install Beer when the material is available and the order has been prepared.

22. Changes, cancellations, and returns
Address, product, or transport service changes must be requested as soon as possible. Once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, it is not always possible to modify or stop the shipment.
Before returning a product, the customer must contact Install Beer to identify the order, the reason and the appropriate solution. The conditions will depend on whether it is a withdrawal, a commercial return, a preparation error, transport damage, lack of conformity, warranty, or an accepted B2B return.
Please also see the Terms and Conditions of Service and the Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds Policy.
23. Projects, installations, and key dates
Transport times do not automatically include procurement, manufacturing, assembly, installation, or commissioning.
If the order is needed for an opening, installation, event, trade show, festival or urgent technical service, this must be indicated before placing the order. A date will only be considered essential or guaranteed when Install Beer has expressly confirmed it in writing.
24. Frequently asked questions
Can the order be shipped the same day?
Yes, if it is available, paid for, validated, and prepared before the carrier’s pickup, but this does not constitute a guarantee unless expressly confirmed.
Why can the shipping price change when I select another country?
Because each market may use a different currency, catalog, carrier, and rate structure. Checkout calculates the option that is compatible with the destination and the cart.
Are all products sold in every country?
Not necessarily. The catalog may vary by market due to brand, transport, dimensions, regulations, or goods restrictions.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
Yes, subject to specific conditions and possible tax or customs procedures at destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The store serves numerous European and international markets. When a compatible rate is available it will be shown at checkout; in other cases we will prepare a quote.
Can I buy from Japan?
Yes. Japan has its own market in JPY and an international catalog. Standard parcel shipping is currently configured up to 25 kg; above that weight, it must be checked in advance.
Do the shipping charges include customs duties and import taxes?
Only when expressly stated. In exports and special tax territories, additional costs may apply to the recipient.
Can I collect my order in Barcelona?
Yes, once it has been confirmed that the order is available and ready.
What should I do if the package arrives damaged?
Note any visible damage, take photos, keep the packaging, and contact Install Beer as soon as possible.
Does pallet delivery include taking it inside the premises?
Not necessarily. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, standard delivery is made at street level or at a point accessible to the vehicle.
