The most common size used in fresh-water systems for campers and motorhomes is 12 mm OD semi-rigid tubing. Before buying, we recommend always measuring the outside of the tube and checking the thread on the equipment, since confusing 12 mm with 1/2" or using an unsuitable fitting can cause leaks, incompatibilities or an unreliable connection.
