Threaded metal beer spear for keg coupler head
Hose barb for connecting flexible tubing to another tube or compatible component, depending on the fitting design.
Metal threaded connector that fits into the head and allows beer to exit from the keg.
Inner hole Ø8 and outer hole Ø6
1/2 BSP or 5/8 BSP thread
The tube fits over the barb. Check its inside diameter, material and flexibility; do not select the size solely by the outside diameter used for push-fit tubing.
Use suitable retention for the joint and check for leaks before service. A hose barb does not regulate pressure or, by itself, guarantee a constant flow.
