Brewferm® beer kits are very easy to use. The most important thing is to make sure everything is clean. Read the instructions carefully and completely before you start. The brewing process is essentially the same for all beer types, but the amounts of sugar and water differ for each style.
All containers, bottles, and other materials must be thoroughly cleaned. For best results, use a commercial cleaning product specifically designed for this purpose.
Brewferm® beers are strong and aromatic, and therefore generally require a longer maturation time (6 to 8 weeks). Always respect this period.
