John Guest elbow from stem to smooth stem
90° elbow fitting combining a stem end with a smooth-stem end according to each variant. It adapts two interfaces and changes connection direction in one piece.
Variants
Current configurations are 5/16" stem - 5/16" smooth stem, 5/16" stem - 3/8" smooth stem and 1/4" stem - 3/8" smooth stem. Always follow the order shown in the variant selector.
When to use it
Useful when two compatible components need to be linked through these interfaces and the assembly requires a 90° outlet to avoid a forced layout.
Installation
Depressurize the circuit, identify which end is the stem and which is the smooth stem, verify the sizes and assemble without lateral loads or bending stress.
Maintenance
During inspections, check both interfaces, assembly stability and the absence of leaks or deformation.
Frequently asked questions
Are both ends the same?
Not necessarily; variants can combine different sizes.
What configurations are available?
5/16"-5/16", 5/16"-3/8" and 1/4"-3/8", respecting the end type shown for each variant.
Does it change direction?
Yes, its geometry forms a 90° angle.
How do I avoid choosing incorrectly?
Check both interface type and size separately before selecting the variant.
