The Mk9 platform allows architectures of up to 12 sensors per central unit; larger cases are flagged to split networks and validate them.

      CO₂ ≠ O₂CO₂ measures carbon dioxide accumulation. With N₂/inert gases, oxygen deficiency is assessed using O₂.

      Factory LogiCO₂ references: Awareness 5,000 ppm, TWA 5,000 ppm/8 h, low alarm 1.5% and high 3% in CO₂ sets; O₂ Mk9 uses 19.5% as the low alarm reference. These are system/manufacturer parameters, not a single universal legal limit.

      FAQ

      Sizing and safety

      How many sensors do I need?

      There is no universal figure per surface area. You must assess leak sources, ventilation, geometry, separate zones, occupancy, and applicable requirements.

      If I use nitrogen, why does O₂ appear?

      N₂ can displace oxygen. That risk is assessed with O₂ detection, not with a CO₂ detector.

      Does the Grow CO₂ Enrichment Controller replace the safety system?

      No. Controlling enrichment and protecting people are different functions and must be assessed separately.

      Can I start with Mk90 Stand-Alone and expand later?

      Yes. The Mk90 can later be integrated into a centralized architecture; V2 no longer treats it as a system with no growth potential.

      Does the configurator confirm regulatory compliance?

      No. It’s a pre-sizing that requires validation with a risk assessment, applicable legislation and requirements, installation and commissioning.
