Kontakt 300/K Twin dispenser datasheet
Kontakt 300/K Profi Twin Power Green Line is a two-tap dispenser for bars, restaurants and events. It can serve two beverages simultaneously or use both lines for one beverage through a compatible splitter. The setup must suit the keg and beverage. Serving temperature depends on the pouring rate, beverage inlet temperature and cooling recovery. Allow the necessary pauses.
Includes 4 m (2+2) of beer line and 3 m (2+0.5+0.5) of gas/air line and the necessary John Guest connectors.
Built-in air compressor with pressure adjustment from 1 to 4 bar. 3/8" beer line inlet and 5/16" air line outlet.
Instructions for use of dispensing machines
Key features:
- Double tap: Offers the versatility of dispensing two types of beer or beverages simultaneously, maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Cooling operation: match the pouring rate to the unit’s capacity and allow ventilation clearance as specified in the manual.
- Serving temperature depends on the pouring rate, beverage inlet temperature and cooling recovery. Allow the necessary pauses.
- Robust, durable construction: designed to withstand heavy use in commercial environments, ensuring long service life and reliability.
- Easy maintenance: Simplified access for cleaning and servicing, maintaining maximum hygiene and operational efficiency.
Technical specifications:
- Combined cooling output: 240 l/h continuous and up to 300 l/h maximum under the specified test conditions.
- Dimensions: 591 × 549 × 387 mm (width × height × depth)
- Weight: 80 kg
- Materials: High‑quality components for durability and strength
- Connections: Compatibility with standard keg and CO2 systems
Advantages and benefits:
- All-in-one solution: Combines cooling, dispensing and attractive design in a single unit.
- Easy installation and maintenance: Designed for quick installation and simple maintenance, maximizing uptime.
- Compatibility depends on the setup: the keg or container needs suitable connections, a keg coupler or adapters, and a dispensing pressure or pumping system compatible with the beverage. Check the required setup before connecting a Bag-in-Box or another container.
- Running costs: electricity consumption and serving costs depend on temperatures, pouring rate, system configuration and maintenance.
- Ideal for hospitality professionals and individuals who want to elevate their beverage dispensing experience. Perfect for kitchens, bars, restaurants, hotels, events and homes seeking exceptional chilled‑drink service.
A highlight for your business:
When sizing the unit, consider peak demand, beverage inlet temperature and cooling recovery pauses. Keep the lines clean and set the pressure to suit the keg and beverage.
Serving pace and cooling recovery
Important: these dispensers need time to recover their cooling capacity between batches of pours. They are not intended for leaving the tap open and filling glasses continuously without limit. If the pouring rate exceeds the cooling capacity, the beverage will become progressively less cold and may run warm because the unit has not had time to cool the beverage flowing through the coil. Stop pouring and allow the unit to recover; the pause is usually a few minutes, depending on the model, beverage inlet temperature and ambient temperature. This also applies to higher-capacity models and when using both taps simultaneously.
This dispenser uses dry cooling: the beverage flows through a coil in contact with a refrigerated thermal block, unlike an ice-bank cooler. Pouring several glasses in succession uses the available cooling reserve, and a pause may be needed for the unit to recover its temperature. Serving pace depends on beverage inlet temperature, ambient temperature, serving volume and thermostat setting.
Models with two taps can serve two different beverages simultaneously. Both lines can also be connected to the same keg using a compatible splitter, dedicating both cooling circuits to a single beverage. This uses the unit’s combined capacity to serve that beverage at a higher rate, within the model’s total cooling capacity.
Models 70 and above support more sustained service thanks to their higher cooling capacity, within the specified output and operating conditions. This does not mean unlimited chilled flow.
