The Lindr Kontakt 70 is a portable dry cooler with 2 taps and 70 l/h continuous output, designed to serve beer and other cold drinks with professional performance, compact format and quick 3/8 connection in environments such as events, temporary bars and light hospitality.
The Lindr Kontakt 70 is a clear step above compact coolers aimed at domestic use or small events. Lindr presents it as a machine for those who need high performance in a portable cooler, capable of serving up to 140–180 perfectly chilled drinks per hour according to the manufacturer, while maintaining portable dimensions and reasonably quick setup.
Its proposition is an especially good fit for restaurants, bars, small festivals, pop-up bars, caterers, temporary bars, large-format garden parties, professional events and light hospitality. The two-tap version allows you to work with two independent beverages, which is very useful when you need two references or a more flexible service flow.
On the technical side, it combines a continuous output of 70 l/h, a maximum of 90 l/h, a thermal block with 1.2 litres of beverage, a continuously adjustable thermostat, taps with compensator and a fully stainless steel structure. Install Beer also supplies it with 4 metres of beer line (2 + 2) and the necessary John Guest connectors to make commissioning easier.

The Kontakt 70 works with a 3/8" beverage outlet and is designed to serve two independent cold beverages. As it does not include an integrated air compressor, pressure must be provided externally. The Install Beer quick scheme includes configurations for 1 keg or 2 kegs, using either an external air compressor or CO₂, so the machine can be adapted to portable setups or temporary bars of varying complexity.
In practice, the system consists of unit + 3/8 tubing + correct coupler or couplers + external pressure source + keg or kegs. If you are going to work with two products, it is advisable to check very carefully the coupler compatibility and the behavior of each beverage so that both lines perform stably.
Its natural scenarios are restaurants, bars, small festivals, pop-up mobile bars, catering services, temporary bars, tastings, professional events and light hospitality. It can also fit into a demanding home environment when you want a machine clearly superior to a compact range.
In a two-line, high-flow unit, actual performance depends on line cleanliness, condition of couplers, correct pressure, ventilation, temperature and condition of connectors and taps. Any imbalance between circuits can affect service, flow rate and the final quality of the beverage.
It is also advisable to keep the ventilation area clean and always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use and maintenance of the refrigeration circuit, since the unit works with R290. If it is used frequently at events or in professional service, it is recommended to establish a clear routine for cleaning, checking gaskets, and inspecting quick‑connect fittings.
No. The manufacturer states that the Kontakt 70 NEW GREEN LINE does not include an air compressor, so pressure must be provided externally with CO₂ or a compatible compressor.
The usual configuration in this spec sheet works with 2 taps and 2 cold beverages, allowing you to serve two independent lines.
You need the unit, compatible tubing, the correct head or heads, a keg or kegs, and an external pressure source. Install Beer adds 4 metres of beer line and the necessary John Guest connectors.
Yes. The quick schematic provided by Install Beer shows setups for 1 keg or 2 kegs, with either an external air compressor or CO₂.
The current Install Beer spec sheet indicates cold beer ready in the cooling block approximately 5–8 minutes after switching on.
Yes, the manufacturer mentions beer and other beverages. Even so, before buying it is advisable to check pressure, circuit, product and cleaning compatibility according to the specific drink.
Important: these dispensers need time to recover their cooling capacity between batches of pours. They are not intended for leaving the tap open and filling glasses continuously without limit. If the pouring rate exceeds the cooling capacity, the beverage will become progressively less cold and may run warm because the unit has not had time to cool the beverage flowing through the coil. Stop pouring and allow the unit to recover; the pause is usually a few minutes, depending on the model, beverage inlet temperature and ambient temperature. This also applies to higher-capacity models and when using both taps simultaneously.
This dispenser uses dry cooling: the beverage flows through a coil in contact with a refrigerated thermal block, unlike an ice-bank cooler. Pouring several glasses in succession uses the available cooling reserve, and a pause may be needed for the unit to recover its temperature. Serving pace depends on beverage inlet temperature, ambient temperature, serving volume and thermostat setting.
Models with two taps can serve two different beverages simultaneously. Both lines can also be connected to the same keg using a compatible splitter, dedicating both cooling circuits to a single beverage. This uses the unit’s combined capacity to serve that beverage at a higher rate, within the model’s total cooling capacity.
Models 70 and above support more sustained service thanks to their higher cooling capacity, within the specified output and operating conditions. This does not mean unlimited chilled flow.
